You’ve worked hard to ensure every detail of your wedding day is carefully planned. Our Director’s Package is designed to allow you to relax and enjoy your BIG DAY while we handle the stressful details. Additional services are available and can be added to your Director’s Package. During the initial consultation we’ll discuss other services you may need and build a unique package to make the planning and coordination of your wedding a breeze! We offer two levels of our Director’s Package: Gold (Day-of Coordination Only) or Platinum (Some Planning and Day-of Coordination).
Director’s Package Includes:
Pre-Wedding (Platinum Level): Planning and confirmation services begin 1 month before the wedding; Virtual Consultations & Email Correspondence; an In-Person Consultation with Venue Walk-through; Venue & Vendor Confirmation; Timeline Recommendation & Review; and more!
Day-of Coordination (Platinum Level): A Certified Wedding Planner to manage Wedding Day for up to 8 hours at a single location in our local service area; Manage and be main contact for Wedding Day Vendors and Wedding Party; Oversee setup of Ceremony and Reception areas; Manage and Implement Wedding Day Timeline and cue events; Direct Vendors and Guests as needed; Direct Wedding Party as needed; Pack up items for transfer between ceremony and reception; Pack up items for transport at the end of the day; and more!
